• visitor's tax: € 3,50 (all year) per person and night
• final cleaning: € 20,- per person
• children: 0 to 2,99 years 100 %
• Cot and high chair can be provided on request.
• Dogs are allowed on request. We charge a fee of € 10,- per day!
• We ask for a deposit of 30% when booking!
• We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
• Check-in from 14:00 | Check-out until 09:30
• If you arrive after 20:00, please inform us by phone.

Cancellation fees

• up to 1 month before arrival no fees
• 1 month to 7 days before arrival 70% of the total price
• from 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price
   

Deposit

A deposit of € 100,- per apartment is required upon arrival,
if everything is left undamaged and clean on departure, you will get the deposit back!
